Hello @kahnakha, in general, packaging redistributables by default is a non-starter task. Instead, we want feedback on what games are having a hard time out of the box and find what can be improved in the maintainable codebase.

Description
Please add the vc redistributable packages to be included in the Proton bottles by default as otherwise some non-steam games and apps are unable to start because of no vc++ packages.
Workaround:
Install Lutris and mace a custom bottle, then install latest vc redistributable, then launch the app, or game, or whatever was complaining about it.
