Symptoms

Game frequently crashes the GPU driver.
Performance issues.
I also encountered very similar (maybe even same) issue in StarRapture (1631270), considering both games run on UE5 it might actually be the same issue.
The game does not get assigned the correct cores (X3D chip)

Reproduction

Running the game, the game would occasionally crash the GPU driver including Steam.
This occurs every 2-3 hours, sometimes it can happen in as little as 30 minutes.
This problem pops up more frequently with Proton Hotfix.

I ended up using this set of Launch options:
