Symptoms
In game videos started to not be shown, when a video is supposed to play it's show a black screen (but the subtitles will work)
Log complain about a D3D11 texture not being able to be created, ultimately failing mfplat transform_ProcessOutput with Failed to output sample, hr 0x80070057.
This is a regression probably, because with Proton 11 (Beta) videos works, and videos worked before on Experimental too. However I'm unsure if the regression is on Proton or the Game itself (and update that trigger a new but bugged code path on experimental and hotfix but not on 11 beta)
Using WineD3D instead of DXVK doesn't have any effect.
Workaround
Enabling one of the 2 available video compatibility mode on the settings Graphic Tab. Doesn't seems to matter which one is picked.
Reproduction
Enter the game and go into the story there is a button for every act for a trailer. In alternative if an event is active, it may be available a button to start the event trailers too.
I'm having an issue that is preventing me to attach proton logs (even compressed). If the problem persists tomorrow too, I'm going to search another way to provide them
