Reproduction

1. Download the client ZIP from https://en-rappelz.play2bit.com
2. Add the Launcher.exe as a non-steam game.
3. Enable Proton Experimental in the compatibility settings of the game.
4. Start the game
5. Log-in
6. The server selection screen also has this bug but continuing further into the game will make the issue more prominent since all descriptions of skills and items have this issue.
