I can't get the config utility to get 1920x1080 resolution.

The game doesn't open. It just shows a black square and closes.

Distro: Linux Mint 19 Tara
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 1700
GPU: GTX 1070, Nvidia proprietary driver 396.54
RAM: 32GB
Kernel (custom) - 4.17.14 (optimized for Ryzen)
Resolution: 1920x1080 (game resolution: 1280x1024)
Proton 3.7-3

So I wouldn't try to whitelist it just yet. Not until why this is.

I've just experienced a crash. Press tab and choose map = crash.

You can set your resolution manually in file steamapps/common/Shadowgrounds/Config/options.txt

Tab and map works for me, but game crashes at random place. Game does autosave only at the beginning of level and doesn't allow to do manual save, so it will be very hard to play.

Video in the cut scenes don't appear, but the text overlays do. Same symptoms as with Shadowgrounds: Survivor.

Symptoms

Game runs great, but videos don't play, and will only display blue text on a black background.

I was able to complete the game using Proton 8.0-3, but the WMV videos still don't play (replaced by the color bars).
