Reproduction

The game crashes, when picking up, or using certain items. like the frog in the save file.
inventory -> right click on the frog til the face comes up. left click.

it works on windows 10. i can play this part on windows, save and load the save file on linux to continue.

@longusnickus Thank you for the report. Does it help if you run the game with PROTON_DXVK_D3D8=1 %command% ?

no. game runs with DXVK now, but still crashes
proton 11 skips cutscene-videos. proton-GE shows them but switches to WINED3D according to mangohud. after the cutscenes it is DXVK again
