Symptoms

The game doesn't get passed the tutorial level or the first cut-scene when skipping the tutorial. Sometimes the sound plays in the background, but the game itself freezes and becomes unresponsive. Other times it gets stuck loading indefinitely.

Reproduction

1. Launch game normally
2. Start new game or do the tutorial
3. The tutorial works for a few minutes then crashes
4. New Game button loads then crashes on black screen with sound playing
5. Loading save file also crashes
