I would like to request better documentation regarding games that use kernel-level anti-cheat systems.
Some games, such as Destiny 2, cannot run on Linux through Proton because their anti-cheat requires Windows kernel drivers. Wine/Proton cannot load Windows kernel-mode drivers into the Linux kernel.
This is not a Proton bug, but it would help users if Proton documentation clearly explained:
why kernel-level anti-cheat is unsupported,
that the solution requires cooperation from game developers and anti-cheat providers,
