Please port wineopenxr.dll to 32bit.

Description

Please port wineopenxr.dll to 32bit.

Justification [optional]

GTR 2 (via Crew Chief GTR2 Enhancements Plugin), Richard Burns Rally (via openRBR) and more upcoming games are 32bit with OpenXR support. Having 32bit OpenXR will help avoiding conversions (performance/feature loss).
