Crash at startup...

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Try to run SteamVR
2. Fail

I started the issue on OpenHMD SteamVR bridge, but found out it happens even when using null driver, so most probably SteamVR issue. https://github.com/ChristophHaag/SteamVR-OpenHMD/issues/13#issuecomment-465007423
