if I play steamvr in the version 1.3.23 steamvr works well and I can play all downloaded games. After an update of steamvr following errors appear:

the icons in the window of steamvr can not be displayed
steamvr tutorial and room setup can not be launched with the error message that another application was already started, but there are no other application of steam opened in ksysguard
games can not be played

If I open steamvr tutorial in the Konsole then following message appears:
Invalid serialized file version. File: "/home/lie225/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/common/SteamVR/tools/steamvr_tutorial/linux64/steamvr_tutorial_Data/globalgamemanagers". Expected version: 5.6.0b7. Actual version: 2017.3.1f1.

I can reproduce always this behaviour, when I update steamvr. This behaviour does not depend of the updated version of steamvr (all version higher than 1.3.23 reproduce the same errors) or of the hardware. Updated versiones of steamvr showed the same behaviour and errors with my former Computer (intel i7-7700k, asus rogstrix gtx1070 and kingston hyperx fury 2400 mhz 16GB). I tried the versions 1.5.12, 1.5.16, 1.6.10, 1.7.15 and different Beta versions with always the same reproducible results. I tried different graphic drivers (nvidia 418.xx, nvidia 430.xx, nvidia 435.21) without success. I can reproduce this behaviour in all the three systems. So I can exclude the hardware an the systems.

The log file is attached.

Has anyone an idea for a solution so that an updated steamvr will work?
