When trying to update the headset I get the following error.

I removed APP_0000000000200160.bin and recheck SteamVR files integrity. That did not help.

Having the same issue here. My headset is also only showing 1 wireless adapter instead of 2 so I can only use 1 controller at a time now.

Yep, SteamVR has been telling me there's an update for the HMD, but the update fails.
Previous updates did work though.

This seems solved. Firmware update for Headset went smooth today. And it says the headset is up to date.

This last error was due to some missing udev rules from steam-devices from Debian.

However I still get "Source is invalid".

@valentindavid Are you still having this issue? I'm assuming you have a Vive, I have an Index so I can't test for Vive, but all of my firmware updates have worked just fine.
