Description
On opening steamvr, it says "A key component of SteamVR isnt working properly..... visit the task manager and End any remaining SteamVR tasks before restarting the app".

Start SteamVR

System Information

Distribution: Arch
SteamVR version: 1.11.11
Steam client version: Latest stable as of 05/05/20
Opted into Steam client beta?: No
Graphics driver version: mesa 20.0.6

Additional context
This is on a new Arch install. SteamVR has never worked previously on this install.
