Describe the bug
When entering the loading screen at this section Half Life Alyx crashes and Steam VR displays Error -202 and prompts me to enter full screen mode. The Headset becomes unresponsive. Closing and reopening Steam VR is required

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the loading screen after the section provided
2. See error

The next level loads
