Describe the bug
The bug is a regression that makes the game become unplayable. SteamVR stable works with it so far, but not SteamVR beta, which is almost leaving Beta. So it must be fixed.
Basically, at the start of the game, in the introduction, right after you talk to the saleman, it asks you for your attributes and your name. When you select the screen to enter you name, nothing appears and the game gets stuck.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start the game, go to 'New Game'
2. Go through the intro. Wait for the salesman to ring the bell.
3. Talk to him up to the point that you go to the green floating screens for name and attributes.
4. Select "Name" to give a name to your character.
5. The green screen will disappear and the game will get stuck. As this part is essential for progressing, the game is unplayable.

Expected behavior
A screen to input the game by targeting the letters should appear.
