[BUG] Desktop Panel is flipped in SteamVR Home

Describe the bug
The Desktop view in the Panels section of SteamVR Home is flipped vertically and horizontally (you can flip it with the hand in VR, still the vertical flip remains).
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Open SteamVR Home
- Open the menu
- Open the Panels section
- Select Desktop view
Expected behavior
It should not be flipped.
