Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

When starting up steamvr, I expected normal operations compared to windows' steamvr, give or take a few shader issues, but a couple of things were off or just not working. The first thing that was off was headset rendering; previously on windows before making the move to Linux, rendering to the headset had zero delay, but after using VR on Linux, steamvr compositor seems to render with a massive delay, or massive tracking delay, at least enough to make my eyes feel like they are going cross-eyed.

The second issue is the desktop view not being intractable, but desktop view does render one of the monitors, just no options to change the view to my secondary monitor.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Boot up Pop!_OS 21.04
  2. Attempt using SteamVR

I'm not experiencing wobbling or artifacting on the overlay, the entire display of the headset has a delay when moving my head.

#21 is also around as a long standing issue report on tracking latency.
