Describe the bug
On Manjoro, cannot open the settings menu in steam vr. The steam overlay also does not work in VR.

To Reproduce
On Manjaro enter steam VR in either current build or "linux beta" and attemp to open the settings menu.
Expected behavior
The overlay to open or the settings menu to open.
