Describe the bug
./vrwebhelper: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/libfreetype.so.6: undefined symbol: hb_ot_tags_from_script_and_language
Arch linux. I tried the copy fonts and the LD_LIBRARY_PATH changes in #255, neither worked.
VR Dashboard and desktop settings menu do not open. This has been going on for at least a couple weeks now.

To Reproduce
Start SteamVR through the Steam launcher. If I try to open the dashboard or settings menu, they simply don't open.

Expected behavior
VR Dashboard and desktop settings should open as normal.
