Describe the bug
on Manjaro KDE X11, the desktop panel is flipped vertically.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Expected behavior
Desktop is upside-right.
Also it gives you a pointer laser like you can interact but as far as i can tell you can't.

System Information (please complete the following information):

Distribution: Manjaro KDE
SteamVR version: 1.23.7
Steam client version: no idea how to check but presumably latest
Opted into Steam client beta?: No
Graphics driver version: Mesa 22.1.6
