[BUG] Developer menu in options doesnt show anymore

Describe the bug
If you open the SteamVR options, activate the advanced setting and click on the developer options one of two things will happen either a second options window will open showing the General options or the dialog will close like it crashed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. start SteamVR
    2.open the Settings dialog
  2. Make sure advanced options are shown in the lower left corner
  3. Click on Developer menu item

Expected behavior
the Developer settings are shown

This is probably caused by steamvrwebhelper crashing / segfaulting.. That´s a problem since many versions and not specific to the developer menu IMHO.. Check dmesg for segfaults of steamvrwebhelper to confirm this.

@Spacefish You are correct, its indeed a steamvrwebhelper crash. It also only happens when the headset (Vive Pro) is turned on, without it the Developer page shows just fine.
