Upon further inspection it appears that the button to set SteamVR as the current OpenXR runtime doesn't actually work. it claims to do it but once I restart SteamVR the current OpenXR runtime is back to being "None". And I can never launch any games.
Okay, so, apparently the actual use here is that the "Set SteamVR as OpenXR runtime" button from within the SteamVR window doesn't actually do anything. After setting it manually, Steam Link now works. I'll open an issue for this.
Nothing extracted yet.
Describe the bug
SteamVR Link connects on my Quest 3, but when trying to launch a game it gets stuck on the "Next Up" screen with the game's name. The game's flat windows launches on my monitor but I never see anything on the headset.
To be clear, the SteamVR UI works perfectly. It's properly streamed to the headset. It's games that don't work.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Expected behavior
The game should be visible on the headset

Additional context
Using a Quest 3. WiVRn works fine, it's just Steam Link that doesn't work.
Running an Nvidia RTX 4070Ti Super.
While many games don't display an error at all, Beat Saber does show an error in the flat window. It says that no OpenXR runtine has been found. This is despite me setting SteamVR as the OpenXR runtime from within the SteamVR settings window.
