Also I did restart steam vr few times, tried beta version, previous stable, tried fully reinstalling, nothing worked.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Not sure, Had steamvr work for some time previously and now it doesn't. It basically just stopped working.

Expected behavior
I expect for steamvr to connect to window manager and see stuff inside my headset

Please use the latest Steam beta client and SteamVR beta for your bug reports!

  • Steam client version (build number or date): 1766090363
  • SteamVR version: 2.14.4
  • Distribution (e.g. Ubuntu): Bazzite
  • Steam runtime diagnostics: [generate via Help -> Steam Runtime Diagnostics in the Steam client] Before I send this one 1 question... does/might it contain any sensitive information I should remove?
  • Steam and SteamVR logs: [generate by running this command in a terminal tar -zcvf ~/Desktop/steam-logs.tar.gz ~/.steam/steam/logs] Command failed
  • Minidumps: [run the following command: tar -zcvf ~/Desktop/steam-minidumps.tar.gz /tmp/dumps] Command failed

Additional context
Before getting this error I had problem where when I tried to open desktop view I would get either fully black screen or no screen at all.

Hello @pietru2004, this is most likely the video driver regression that's being tracked at #836, but without any logs, it's hard to tell. Closing as a duplicate.
