[BUG] R, T & O Keys on Virtual Keyboard don't work

Describe the bug
When typing using the virtual keyboard inside SteamVR, I have found that the R, T and O keys do not work.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Launch SteamVR
Type anywhere
R, T and O keys do not input anything
Thankfully I have tested the rest of the keyboard and have found no other issues

Expected behavior
All keys should work.
