Describe the bug
Trying to open the input bindings editor inside the VR Settings tab in VR does not open the UI. Clicking the button on the desktop settings window opens it on the desktop fine.

Additional context
It seems to affect all button which should open some other web UI, such as the button to open the input debugger. This does not happen on live (2.15).
