I try to log in? but after entering crendentials app 10 secs showing "Loading User Data" and crashes showing in a console

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Install Steam (apt, dpkg, gdebi) after each attempt i deleted all files in ~/.steam and /usr/share/steam
2. Run steam
3. Try to log in (both by QR-code, app confirm, entering code manually)
4. Get crash
