The physical inputs stop working when clicking the text field in the dialog for editing a note, such as when editing it from a game's library page. It most noticably affects the trackpads.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
Open the library page for any game
On the "Notes" section on the right, create a new note or open an existing one.
Click the text field in the note editing dialog.
If the bug somehow didn't happen yet, keep trying! It sometimes takes me many tries to get the bug to occur and I don't know the specific circumstances that can lead to it.
