Steam Input not handling rumble for DualSense controller.

When running Dark Souls 3 and Baldur's Gate 3 with my DualSense via Steam Input, the controller will not rumble.

My controller responds to rumble via fftest and Big Picture Mode's 'Test Device Inputs' mode.

The behaviour is identical when connected via Bluetooth and via USB cable.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Connect a DualSense controller to your computer via Bluetooth or USB-C.
2. Launch Baldur's Gate 3 or Dark Souls 3 (ensuring Steam Input is enabled).
3. Attempt to incite the controller to rumble e.g. tweaking the corresponding game setting, hitting the wall with a weapon, casting a spell.
