Uninstallation of Proton keeps dist and __pycache__ directories and dist.lock file. The dist directory contains unpacked Proton which takes up disk space.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Install Proton (e.g. 8.0).
2. Run a game with downloaded Proton to unpack Proton into dist directory.
3. Uninstall Proton and look at it's files.
