I already installed all the necessary packages for arch. The launcher runs good, the Library even loads. I also tried to download a game and it worked.

If you also use systemd-resolved, then the solution for me was
ln -sf ../run/systemd/resolve/stub-resolv.conf /etc/resolv.conf (/etc/resolv.conf may be empty, I don't know why this works)

Forgot to post earlier, changing my DNS servers to google's (8.8.8.8) solved it for me.
