Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Describe what you expected should happen and what did happen. Please link any large code pastes as a Github Gist

After downloading the CS2 CSGO legacy beta, I should be able to pick between CSGO and CS2 when launching CS2, you are unable to do this as the menu does not appear, instead, CS2 just simply launches.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Use Steam on a Linux distribution
  2. Download CS2 beta "csgo_legacy - Legacy Version of CS:GO"
  3. Once download is finished, attempt to launch by clicking "Play"
  4. Menu to pick between CS2 and CSGO will not appear, CS2 launches instead
