The Game Overview on the steam overlay shows players which are from the first game of the session instead of players from the current game.
When clicking on View Players I see the players from the first game above the players from the current game and they have a last played time of Now which never changes no matter how many games I play. Not all players from the first game are displayed so it might depend on whether they are still online or not (but that's a guess).
I haven't played anything else which uses this feature so don't know if it is broken only in CS2.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
Start CS2, play a game
Play a second game and look at the game overview / view players
I have found that restarting the game doesn't fix this, the whole steam client needs restarting.
It seemed to be fixed a couple of days ago but happening again after the 1st Nov steam client update
