Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Disconnecting/disabling secondary monitor causes steam to not open any context menu until the secondary monitor is reconnected/re-enabled. The monitor (HDMI in this case) needs to be disconnected, only disabling from KDE settings is not enough.
Additionally closing steam and starting again while only a single monitor is present fixes the issue however if the secondary monitor is reconnected in this state the menus break again but slightly differently. The context menus will open on the secondary monitor at the edge of the screen next to steam while steam main window is still on the primary. Restarting again fixes this as well. This might be a separate issue, not sure.

Screenshot of the 2nd one, steam is at the left edge of my primary monitor:

I'm using KDE with X11.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Have 2 monitors, start steam
  2. Disable and disconnect one of the monitor.
  3. context menus no longer work
  4. reconnect and re-enable monitor
  5. context menus working again
