Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

The options in the drop-down menu cannot be selected.
e.g setting---->interface----->language. I can't select other languages, because Clicking one language is invalid.
all drop-down menus like that cannot be used in Steam.

I changed the window focus on Gnome Tweaks to "Click to Focus" and the issue stopped happening.
