Steps to Reproduce:
Visit the game's store page.
Add the game to the wishlist.
Remove the game from the wishlist from within the game's store page.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 multiple times.
Current Outcome:
Each add and remove operation generates a separate entry in the activity feed, causing duplication and clutter.
Expected Outcome:
Multiple add/remove operations of the same game should be grouped into a single entry in the activity feed to avoid redundant notifications.
