Issue:
Steam client becomes extremely slow, making it impossible to use. I need to close the client and open again to continue using the client or to open another game.
Despite this, it doesn't interfere with the game I'm playing at the moment.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

Open Steam
Wait for approximately 15 minutes
