If you click on the update it shows date was not today

I didnt check if it happens in more games

System time is up to date

It happens in the clients i tested

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. click on tf2 on the steam client
2. wait until all the connections for your feed of the game happen
3. on top of everything latest update will show as today
