• Within Big Picture, if I go to the power submenu, then select "Minimize Steam", the window gets stuck in a loop of minimizing and maximizing itself, only stopping if I go back to Steam or quit the application.

• Similarly, if I select "Exit Big Picture", then all windows close, mouse cursor is gone and only my wallpaper shows. If I summon any new window using a keyboard shortcut (no alt-tab), then everything reverts to normal, with regular Steam interface opened.

• If I'm already outside of Big Picture and using the regular Steam interface, there are no issues.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Open Steam's Big Picture.
2. Go to the power submenu.
3. Select either "minimize Steam" or "exit Big Picture".
