Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Several times now when downloading a game, I am fooled into thinking that the download is not working. After reviewing my settings, and making sure I had a decent internet connection I discovered this bug in the UI. The download progress is broken everywhere except in the left-hand-most column of the library tab, here's an example when downloading Bioshock:

This started happening when I moved and signed up with a new ISP, not sure if that matters.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Download any game
  2. Monitor the downloads page, the download will be stuck at 0%
  3. Go to the library view and checkout the left column to view actual progress while all other indicators show 0% progress

This may have been my doing, I enabled in my opnsense firewall "Send IPv6 prefix hint" and now suddenly download indicators are working like before, not sure if this was it or not
