There is no way to resize Edit Profile Name window that is opened by pressing Edit Profile Name button from Steam overlay friends list. I use relatively high scaling value with relatively small display and while all other windows in overlay are resizable the mentioned window is not. It makes impossible to change or even see anything there. I think it should be possible to resize this window.
