Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

When trying to buy an item from the store, while being in gamepadui mode, the process will stall in a blank page once the credit card verification system should start to run, I think this is usually called the 3D verification (in my case its a UBS Visa card)

Steps for reproducing this issue:

Put game into cart
Checkout
Select "buy for myself"

@kisak-valve : After 4 months this still seems to be an issue. One's not able to purchase a game in the Steam Store under Linux with a credit card that has a 3D verification system :(

I have to open the browser, go to steampowered.com, login and buy a game through the web interface. I don't think this is how it is supposed to work.
