if I launch or exit telegram-desktop while Steam is running, this causes the second icon/instance to appear.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Run Steam and wait for the icon to appear in tray.
2. Launch (or exit, if it's already running) Telegram-Desktop for linux.
3. Observe a second icon of Steam appearing in tray.
