Have you checked for updates in Settings > System?: Yes
Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
When waking the Steam Deck from sleep after running a non-Steam application, if another device is currently logged into the same Steam account as the Steam Deck and running a Steam application, the secondary device will be logged out of Steam. This is presumably an anti-game sharing measure to prevent you from playing the same library on several different devices simultaneously, but this shouldn't apply to non-Steam applications. In my case I'm trying to stream a game from my PC through Moonlight, which I've added to my non-Steam games on Steam Deck, but if I put the Steam Deck to sleep and wake it it'll log my PC out of Steam and ruin my game session.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
Launch an application through Steam on a device that isn't a Steam Deck.
Launch an non-Steam application through steam on a Steam Deck.
Put the Steam Deck to sleep.
Wake the Steam Deck from sleep. The other device will now get logged out of Steam.
