Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Copying text or a link in any web page (tested on the store and steam community) doesn't work.

Worth noting that using the url to copy the url does work (although i feel like sometimes the first time i copy a link, it doesn't work (but it does when i try again)) and so does copying text from any "non web page" ( Text input in the library, Help > About Steam...)
This bug is happening on the stable and on the beta client.
This bug doesn't happen in windows.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Go to the store in the steam client
2. Select right click some text or right click a link
3. Copy
4. The copy doesn't work
