If you can make it happen again can you attach the debugger and get me a backtrace of the call site, it should narrow it down. The screenshot above suggests a problem during map load, did you get it at a similar time @johndrinkwater ?
It occurred for me just about when the CS window was appearing, I hadn’t even got to the menu yet, i’ll keep an eye out for it again.
I have the same problem, Launch the game, and it fails. After few failed attempts I do get the LoadTGA: Only type 2 and 10 targa RGB images supported.
