Hi, I wanted to leave feedback:
When I open the integrated Steam browser, performance is low on YouTube, in 1080p resolutions at 4k 60fps.
I tested it on Chrome too, with a Steam game running, the performance on YouTube is a little better.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Open Steam in the normal interface, open a light game, then press shift+tab
2. open the steam browser, and open youtube
3. Open a video that has 4k60fps resolution, and switch between resolutions to see the performance
4. Close the Steam browser tabs, and then open Chrome
5. search for the same video, and see the differences in performance
