Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
In steam chat whenever I open any message or click on a friends profile to try to reply to a message the window is always full screen. It does not let me change the screen size for steam chat or make the window smaller with the buttons on the top right.
Clicking Alt+space shows the Maximize, move, and resize buttons all greyed out.
