Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Dualsense controller input is mostly broken. It seems to accept button inputs but is acting as a mouse, when i move the controller the mouse moves to match. Also at least with the last beta update pressing the playstation button was working to open big picture mode but that seems to be broken as well

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Start Steam
2. Connect dualsense controller
3. Use dualsense contoller
