Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
I had a game refunded yesterday to my Steam wallet. It triggered the 'Pending' status, but the details informed me that after 12 hours it would be released to me. That release time was slightly over 12 hours ago. A couple of minutes ago I noticed that it was still on pending which shouldn't be, and thus I checked the details of the refund. It was fully released, and it showed also up as such in account details.
The top right though still claimed 'Pending'.
This did get solved by relaunching Steam, but... it should properly synch up.
By the way, I mean the stuff over there:
Steps for reproducing this issue:
Have Steam current beta
Have a refund to the Steam wallet
Wait till the Pending expires
Notice the refund itself got released, but not on the overview where probably most people would check it - unless you reboot Steam
