Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

First issue: The visibility selection is no longer visible once you move the focus off of the selection
Second issue: You can upload the same image multiple times. If you select an image there is no indicator that the image has already been uploaded unlike the STEAM menu screenshots.
Third issue: There is no feedback that an image has been uploaded after you attempt to upload it. No "Successfully uploaded image"
Fourth issue: Attempting to select the Caption text field requires you to select it two times so that the OSK appears.
This functionality should probably be merged with the screenshot sharing tool in the STEAM sidebar menu as that doesn't allow you to set a caption
